What day is it? Thursday? Well Happy Thursday then.
Confession time, but first a quote.
QUOTE OF THE DAY
“I’ve got a hectic schedule, but I wouldn’t have my life any other way.”
Dominic Monaghan
Okay, my confession. I was getting ready to upload my blog post this morning and realized I hadn’t written it. I had it scheduled to do yesterday, but a customer called in with a “have to have it now” job, so I got sidetracked….and then all the kids came over for dinner and this blog post was suddenly so far back in the recesses of my mind as to be insignificant.
So here I am today with nothing for you.
Forgive me?
Whatever you are doing today, remember that we all became writers because we had a love for writing. Never lose that love….writing is a gift and I want you to always appreciate that gift and treat it as such.
Have a great day whatever project you are working on. I need to take care of a real estate agent who needs his Buyer’s Guide, and then I’m going to work on my novel….and hopefully I’ll remember to do my blog post for tomorrow. J

Have a great day, too and seriously can’t believe it is Thursday already either!!
Janine, the way my memory is fading it’s a darn good thing this week is almost over. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by.
Happy writing, Bill. I love the ‘nothing’ post. I was wondering why I hadn’t seen today’s blog. Now I know! 🙂
Thanks Sha….completely skipped my mind. Sigh!
I’m just glad I’m not the only one who forgets. On the plus side, you weren’t slacking, you forgot because you have a paying customer!
Donna, I had planned on doing it..I thought about doing it…and then I forgot about doing it. LOL Oh well, thanks for stopping by anyway.
Damn here I was hoping for something profound on which I could comment. Now I have nothing to comment on your “Nothingness” Thanks for nothing my friend.
Larry, you can always count on me for a little meaningless dribble. LOL Thanks for the laugh.
LOL..
Bill-bro – even when you think you have nothing to say – you are uplifting! And – you made me giggle!
Have a great day, my friend – and don’t forget to forgive yourself first!
HUGSxx
Sis, if I gave you a giggle then it was all worth it. 🙂 Love to you dear friend.
I forgive you, but I’m going to have to dock your pay.
But Lizzy, that will leave me with nothing. LOL I’ll have to live in your garage on Food Stamps.
Hello my friend.
Peachy! Your nothing has become something even more than anything… Giving us chance to forgive you once again. It feels good to forgive; how does it feel being forgiven?
Have a good night.
Michael my friend, I have a great deal of experience in being forgiven, and it always feels wonderful. 🙂 Hoping your evening is peaceful.
blessings always
bill
You made up for your forgetfulness by writing a beautiful story about Noah’s ark…Have a good one…
Thank you for the smile you just gave me, Ruby. You are a gem.
Of course we forgive you – that’s what friends do 🙂 I was excited to read that you were working on your novel!
Thanks Christy…yes, I work on it four days a week and hope to be done with it by April at the latest.
Bill, I can’t tell you how good it is to read that. Last year was so stressful (granted, stress I put on myself) because I was constantly comparing myself to other bloggers, scheduling posts for every day – come hell or high water – marketing, reading tons of others to network, etc. It got exhausting and I lost the love of writing – especially blogging. Now at least I know that the whole blogging business thing is NOT for me. I blog when I want to, if I feel like it, because I feel like it and I love it. 🙂 Thanks for reminding me of that again today and I’m glad to see you doing the same. Gosh… we aren’t writing robots, LOL.
No we aren’t, Mel, and that’s okay. Blogging for me is something I do in my spare time. LOL What spare time? But the point is I don’t feel it is necessary to my career, and I suspect I’ll do less of it in the months to come. I don’t want to lose the love of writing because of imaginary pressures I put on myself. 🙂
Ah, though my husband hates the saying–“welcome to my world.”
LOL…Audrey, evidently a lot of us live there. Thanks for stopping by.
